ABOUT ME:

Hi, I’m Sarah — founder and practitioner of SH Medical and SH Skin.

With 22 years of NHS experience and 27 years as a Registered Paediatric Nurse, I am proud to provide safe, independent aesthetic care underpinned by strong clinical knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. I am a Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber, allowing me to assess, prescribe, and deliver treatments safely and appropriately where required.

I trained in aesthetics and dermatology with Harley Academy in London and have achieved and maintained a Level 7 qualification (equivalent to a master’s degree). I am committed to continuous professional development and regularly undertake advanced training to ensure my practice reflects current evidence, guidance, and best practice within medical aesthetics.

I am a proud member of BAMAN (British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses) and the ACE (Aesthetics Complications Expert) Group, organisations that promote high standards of safety, ethical practice, and clinical excellence.

I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and practise in line with the NMC Code and professional standards.

SH Medical is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. The clinic operates in accordance with CQC standards to ensure care is safe, effective, responsive, and well led.

At SH Medical, care is about more than treatments. I believe that no two patients are the same, which is why every treatment journey is entirely bespoke. Through careful consultation, education, and individualised planning, I aim to create a safe and supportive experience that helps patients feel confident in themselves and their skin.

Alongside the clinic, I founded SH Skin, my own skincare range, designed to provide affordable, results-driven products to help patients maintain and enhance their skin health at home.

MY VISION FOR

SH MEDICAL & SH SKIN:

The future of SH-Medical is rooted in regeneration, restoration, and whole-body wellness. I'm expanding beyond traditional aesthetics to embrace cutting-edge regenerative treatments such as exosomes and polynucleotides—powerful tools to stimulate the body’s own healing and rejuvenation processes.

Alongside this, I’m introducing health-focused therapies including IV nutrient support and pelvic floor technology to help patients feel as good as they look.

I'm also currently studying menopause health to offer a comprehensive, personalised treatment plan that supports women through every stage of life—because feeling balanced and confident shouldn’t be optional.

SH Skin has also grown into an international offering, now available to clinics worldwide—bringing affordable, results-driven skincare into more hands than ever.

For me the journey is always evolving, but the goal remains the same: to help you look and feel your very best, inside and out.
