SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT

Your safety and wellbeing are very important to us. We are committed to making sure everyone who uses our service feels safe, respected, and protected from harm.
We take safeguarding seriously and have a zero-tolerance approach to abuse or neglect. All our staff are trained to recognise concerns and know how to report them quickly and appropriately.
If we have any worries about someone’s safety, we work closely with local safeguarding teams and other professionals to make sure the right support is put in place. We always aim to involve people and their families in decisions, unless doing so would increase risk.
We regularly review our safeguarding practices and learn from any concerns or feedback to make sure we continue to provide safe, high-quality care.
If you have any concerns about safety or wellbeing, we encourage you to speak to us — your voice matters.
